What does "drop off" delivery mean?
Drop off delivery means that the shipper will bring the package to your address, pull the truck up to the front of your house, load the package(s) onto the lift gate on the back of the truck, lower the lift, and push the package(s) onto the sidewalk in front of your house.
If there is not an incline or stairs leading to your house, they may wheel the package(s) to your door.
But, the point of drop off delivery is that the package(s) are too heavy for one delivery person to haul up an incline or upstairs, and it will be your responsibility to bring the item inside. It is also your responsibility to unpack the item, completing any necessary assembly, remove the debris.

What is White Glove Service?
White glove service includes 'Delivery + Placing Furniture + Unpacking + Assembly+ Removing Packaging materials' in the room of your choice.
White Glove Service does not include:
- removal and/or disposal of old furniture;
- hanging on the walls / hooking up any electrical wires.
How fast I can get my order?
We need your shipping address before we can give you an accurate delivery estimate. The most items are shipped within 5-10 business days within regular delivery zone, except special ordered or back ordered items. For some delivery zones it can take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on delivery schedule. We’re trying to consolidate our deliveries to make it more efficient, please contact us if you located outside of our regular delivery zone for proper estimate.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all general Credit/Debit Cards. Also, you can pay with one of the following services: Google Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay. Financing 18-36 months available in store only. Customer must be present in store to apply for financing.
