We are trying our best to get you happy and satisfied with new furniture. However, we cannot accept returns and cancelations. Upon delivery, carefully examine each piece of your furniture. If product is damaged or defective, customer must contact store prior to installer leaving the residence. Matter will be handled by the store manager. Prices are subject to change without notice. All mattresses are under warranty according to manufacturer's claims. Transportation and replacement installation are not included to items replaced under warranty. Z&M Furniture LLC is not responsible for furniture that is not able to fit into the entrance of the customer's home.
